Eligibility Criteria for Your Open Ticket to Summer Camp 2025 Program:

Basic Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old by June 1st, 2025.
• Possess a strong level of English.
• Able to produce a clean police background check.
• Be available to work in the US for at least 9 weeks between June 1st and June 18th, 2025.

Skills and Personality Traits:

• Have experience working with and enjoy being around children, ages 7 to 16 years old.
• Possess relevant skills in activities you’d like to teach or be involved in.
• Have a passion for the outdoors, coaching, and stepping out of your comfort zone.
• Be outgoing, patient, energetic, and committed to your role.
• Be a good communicator or have a passion to become one.
• Exhibit a good work ethic, a can-do attitude, and a thirst for knowledge and learning.
• Have a good sense of humor and must be a team player.
• Be flexible and have the ability to brighten someone’s day.
