Start by creating your online application to secure your spot with us. You can sign up for free and schedule an initial interview at a time that suits you. During the interview, we’ll get to know you better, discuss your experiences, and ensure you’re eligible for the program.

After your interview, if we’re a good fit and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll ask you to pay the £60 deposit. This will secure your place in the program and give you access to our portal where you can complete your full application.

Once your application is complete, we’ll work with you to perfect it. Your dedicated advisor will send it off to summer camps for review, and we’ll notify you as soon as a camp expresses interest in you. We’ll also help you prepare for your interview with the camp (virtually)

Once a camp offers you a position, congratulations! You’ll receive a work contract, and it’s time to finalize your payments. We’ll work together to find a payment schedule that suits you, and once everything is paid, we’ll issue your DS-2019 form to start the visa process.

Navigating the visa process can be intricate, but worry not. Our experienced team, along with IENA, who sponsor your visa, will guide you step by step. Your visa appointment awaits in either London or Belfast—whichever suits you best.

Once your visa is approved and stamped in your passport, it’s time to book your flights and activate your insurance.
